All our items are to be arrived within one to two days within Europe and two to five days outside Europe. You will receive orders via our international courier partners FedEx, UPS or DHL Express. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

As soon as you place your order, due to the speed of the process, it gets sent out right away. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items. If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking number to track your order through our carrier partners FedEx, UPS or DHL Express.

To ensure you receive your order ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

You may receive your items in separate packages due to logistical reason. Please note that we offer free delivery for all packages.

Unfortunately, we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.

Please note that exchange will need more days than processing a new order. Since it will be quicker for you to place a new order directly, we suggest you return the item for refund. Please contact our Customer Service for further help.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. To make the return, contact us via email at support@valenntini.com within 14 days with including the date of purchase and order number.

For defects and wrong shipped items, please provide photographic evidence. Once we received your return request, we will then provide you the return label for you to send us back the items.

After you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to the address we provided.

All returns must be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to the long delivery time, we do not accept any local Postal Service. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

For all returning items, include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

All items must be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, undamaged, unused, and have all tags and original packaging included.

Items that are marked as "final sale" cannot be returned, except for cases where the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.

For footwear and accessories, you must return them in their original branded boxes and dust bags (if provided), and place them inside a protective box for safe return. While trying on footwear, please take care not to damage the shoe box or mark the soles.

If an item has a VALENNTINI security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.

Beauty and cosmetic products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with the packaging seals intact.

Lingerie, and swimwear items should be returned in their original and unopened packaging, with the hygiene seals attached if applicable. When returning lingerie or swimwear, please ensure they are only tried on over your own undergarments and that they are not soiled.

Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, along with all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Made-to-order items are non-returnable, except for cases where the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. This is because these items are created specifically to your specification.

Beauty products that contain hazardous or flammable materials such as aerosols, essential oils, acid ingredients, nail polish, self-tanning lotions, and fragrances may pose a risk during storage, handling, or transportation. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns of these items. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@valenntini.com

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package by our brand or partner boutique and approved the return. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
