Shipping policy

We provide free delivery on all orders. The average delivery time within Europe is 3-5 business days. For shipping destinations outside Europe, such as North America and Asia, the delivery time is 5-10 business days.

You will receive orders via our international courier partners FedEx, UPS or DHL Express. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

All Products are dispatched from our partners within 1-3 business days after the order has been received and confirmed.

Customs charges are handled by VALENNTINI and with our partners together with the selected freight provider customs agency for shipments outside Europe. Any documentation needed will be provided by VALENNTINI to have the package cleared if necessary. Our partners have 10+ years of experience with international deliveries and thousands of international buyers and will provide you fast and smooth delivery.

However, with your customs charges, we can not guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs and taxes duties. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier & local laws and therefore, all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by VALENNTINI. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office for delivery charges at your end.

Damages

VALENNTINI is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier using your tracking number or our support team directly at support@valenntini.com. Please keep safe all packaging material and damaged goods all other evidence relating your damaged items.

Cancellation

As soon as you place your order, due to the speed of the process, it gets sent out right away. Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items. If you've cancelled your order, you'll receive a full refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
